Squint/Opera is a multidisciplinary studio based in London, New York, and Abu Dhabi, specializing in immersive experiences and digital content for architecture, urban planning, and cultural projects. Founded in 2001, the studio began by exploring new ways to communicate complex ideas about cities through film and animation. Over time, it expanded into interactive media and spatial design, working at the intersection of storytelling, technology, and architecture. Today, Squint/Opera creates large-scale, narrative-driven experiences that bridge digital and physical space, including installations, exhibitions, and architectural media. As part of the global design and innovation agency Journey, the studio continues to develop projects that combine strategy, storytelling, and advanced technology to communicate architecture and culture in engaging ways.
