Estudio AD is an architectural design and visualization studio based in Barcelona, working at the intersection of architectural tradition and advanced technology. The studio specializes in early-stage strategy, feasibility, and concept design for high-value residential, cultural, and urban projects. Its approach is grounded in thorough context analysis, combining site research, construction-aware 3D modeling, and strategic thinking to support informed design decisions from the earliest project phases. High-quality architectural visualizations, enhanced by advanced 3D and generative AI tools, are developed for client presentations, competitions, and stakeholder communication. The studio is led by Alihan Dumankaya, an architectural designer educated at Pratt Institute with international experience collaborating with practices in Barcelona, New York, and Istanbul. His background informs Estudio AD’s design-intelligence-driven approach, focused on creating long-term value through the principles of utility, structure, and beauty.
