HAYES DAVIDSON
About
HAYES DAVIDSON is a London-based visualization studio founded in 1989 by Alan Hayes Davidson (1960-2018), pioneering the use of CGI in architectural visualization and establishing itself as the UK's first CGI-based architectural visualization practice. The studio has operated for over 30 years, becoming a leader in the field and producing over 20,000 virtual images since its founding. Now operating as a 100% employee-owned business following Davidson's transition to employee ownership in 2015, the studio continues to embody the original values of creativity, innovation, and fresh thinking. HAYES DAVIDSON has collaborated with world-renowned architects including Richard Rogers Partnership, Zaha Hadid, Norman Foster, Thomas Heatherwick, Kengo Kuma, and Jean Nouvel, creating visualizations for iconic London buildings including the London Eye, Tate Modern, Millennium Dome, and the Shard. The studio pioneered verified imaging for planning applications and continues to innovate with AR, VR, and other advanced technologies.
