Il Magma is a multi-disciplinary design studio based in Scandiano, Italy, founded in 2020. The studio creates iconic digital and physical experiences for brands, operating across the intersection of design, architecture, and visual culture. Il Magma was founded by Massimo Colonna and Chiara Ormelli. As a full-service studio, its work spans architecture, 3D rendering, art direction, strategy, brand identity, graphic and web design, digital art, product design, advertising, event production, video animation, and sound design. With a broad creative scope and a strong conceptual approach, Il Magma develops cohesive visual languages and immersive experiences that connect brands, spaces, and audiences.
