About

Norm Li is the founder of Canada's leading architectural visualization studio, established in 2002 and known by the hashtag #normandthegang. Since inception, Norm Li and his team have collaborated with designers and developers to communicate their vision to the public through engaging visual content that takes the story of a space to the next level. The studio provides renderings, animation, virtual reality, photography, video, and interactive solutions for real estate development, architecture, and design industries. Having grown from freelancing in Norm's mother's basement to becoming a studio with offices on three continents, they've successfully launched and sold approximately 5,000 units in 2021 through virtual launches, helping bring over 50% of Toronto's Q1 2021 inventory to market.
