Slashcube
About
Slashcube is a Zurich-based visualization studio dedicated to the art of visual storytelling and creative exploration. Founded by Thomas Vournazos - an architect by training and self-taught visual artist - the studio specializes in transforming architectural ideas into emotionally resonant digital narratives. With a background in architecture from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a deep commitment to image-making, Thomas brings a unique blend of design knowledge and artistic vision to every project. At Slashcube, images are more than representations - they are crafted narratives that capture the essence of space, emotion, and possibility. The studio's visual language balances precision with poetic expression, drawing on Swiss design sensibilities while remaining grounded in a deep understanding of architecture. Their work has been recognized internationally, including the acclaimed visualizations for SOM’s "Moon Village" for the European Space Agency, exhibited at the 2021 Venice Biennale. As a founding member of the BSVA (Bund Schweizer Architekturvisualisierer) and frequent speaker at global arch-viz conferences, Thomas also contributes actively to the industry. Slashcube believes in the power of images to transcend aesthetics - to inspire, provoke, and connect - and remains committed to creating visuals that speak to the soul of architecture.
